摘要

随着我国经济实力的不断提升，科学技术的发展日新月异，飞速发展的科技给人们的生活注入了新鲜的血液，也提高了人们对生活质量的不懈寻求。愈来愈多的人想要的不只是宽阔明亮的住宅，还要自己的家能满足更多的需求。智能化系统的出现，无疑成了许多住宅小区的宠儿。现代住宅中，建筑电气的架设、使用、输出、供给、保护等对住宅小区的建设及业主的满意程度都有着相当重要的作用。智能化的建筑电气控制系统能有效系统地处理这1系列的进程，对现代智慧城市及智能住宅的建设起到了推动作用。本文通过对现代住宅小区智能化建筑电气控制系统历史的追溯及对该系统具体含义的论述，说明住宅小区中建筑电气与智能化控制系统的设计。

Abstract

WiththecontinuousimprovementofChina'seconomicstrengthandtherapiddevelopmentofscienceandtechnology,therapiddevelopmentofscienceandtechnologyhasinjectedfreshbloodintopeople'slives,andalsoimprovedpeople'sunremittingpursuitofthequalityoflife.Whatmoreandmorepeoplewantisnotonlycapaciousandbrightresidence,wanthishometobeabletosatisfymoredemandeven.Theoccurrenceofintelligencesystem,becamethebelovedofalotofresidentialareaundoubtedly.Inmodernhousing,theerection,use,output,supplyandmaintenanceofbuildingelectricalequipmentplayavitalroleintheconstructionofsmallresidentialareasandthesatisfactionoftheowners.Intelligentbuildingelectricalcontrolsystemcaneffectivelyandsystematicallydealwiththisseriesofprocesses,whichplaysaroleinpromotingtheconstructionofmodernsmartcityandsmarthouse.Bytracingthehistoryoftheintelligentbuildingelectricalcontrolsysteminthemodernresidentialareaandexpoundingthespecificmeaningofthesystem,thispaperexplainsthedesignofthebuildingelectricalandintelligentcontrolsystemintheresidentialarea.
